It Takes A Community (#ITAC) is an international multi-stakeholder campaign showcasing the positive impact that migration can have on communities, thus contributing to international efforts to promote social cohesion and managed migration, combat xenophobia and discrimination of migrants.

GFMD BUSINESS MECHANISM
The Business Advisory Group on Migration, hosted by the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), is the private sector network that aims to enable businesses to participate in the global migration debate taking place at the Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD).
The GFMD Business Mechanism serves as a platform for the private sector to engage with Governments and other GFMD stakeholders on migration issues. In cooperation with national employers’ organizations, it provides governments with strategic policy advice and advocates for a regulatory environment in which labour migration policies enable businesses to develop and create jobs and economic growth. It raises public awareness and promotes a better understanding of employers’ perspectives regarding the employment of migrants.
